Application Developer/Engineer Job Summary

As a developer, you will work around the software development life cycle. You will work with other teams of coders to create mobile and web applications as well as updating end-user software and conduct quality control functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with management and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
  • Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
  • Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
  • Testing and deploying programs and applications
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software applications
  • Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
  • Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
  • Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects

    • Experience and Qualifications

  • Be at University or Pursuing related University degree/diploma
  • Computer Science/Software Engineering or related fields
  • Ability to work on both technical and design aspects of software projects
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving as well as a detailed understanding of coding is essential
